  • This dessert, which is known as "milk jam" or "milk caramel" in Turkish, is obtained from milk, as its name and introduction suggests.
  • Milk jam, which has milky coffee tones, may have a darker or lighter brown colour depending on the cooking time. Milk jam, which has a somewhat viscous structure, is also similar to honey for breakfast in this respect.
