The fountain has a square plan. The height of the fountain is 5.75 m. width is 4.24 m. It is a square fountain with three facades. There is a niche with pointed arches on the north, south and west facades of the building. The eastern façade of the fountain adjacent to the complex garden was kept deaf. The main face of the fountain on the west façade is arranged in the form of a pointed arched niche. There is a mirror stone in the pointed arched niche. In the centre of the mirror stone is a segmented deaf arch. There is a nozzle hole at the bottom of this arch. There is a rectangular panel left hollow at the top of the arch. The water trough on the west facade cannot be seen due to the road passing in front of the fountain.
On the west façade, the belt consisting of a convex and a straight wiping border, another straight and a convex wiping border from outside to inside, is interrupted by the inscription on the upper side and circles the façade in an inverted L-shape. There is an inscription at the key point of the pointed arch. In the border just below the eaves of the fountain, palmette-shaped closed-form rumis, whose stems fold over and under each other on the border surface, go around three facades side by side on the horizontal axis with their stems upwards. At the corners of the building facing the street, there is a column with an hourglass-shaped base and capitals. There is a rosette on the pointed arch keystone on all three facades. The fountain eaves are in a wavy form formed by alternating rows of palmettes of different sizes, whose stems are attached to each other. The water reservoir has a pyramidal stone roof and is topped with a marble orgy consisting of a closed form rumi in the shape of a palmette.
