The garden is organised in two levels, the upper level of the garden is located in the hazire and the lower level is the masjid. The masjid is a small building with a rectangular plan close to the square. Some parts of the building, which was built in alternating order with brick and stone, are rough hewn and some parts are made of smooth cut stone. Three windows were opened in two rows on the side and qibla facades. The windows in the lower row have iron bars and pediments. The upper rows are equipped with a revzen. Hedgehog eaves were used in the transition to the cover. The masjid is covered with a dome. The minaret is located at the west corner of the harim.

It is made of smooth cut stone after the pedestal built in alternating order. It ends with a conical cone covered with lead. There is a window on the left side of the northwest façade and an entrance door on the right side. The door is made of smooth cut stone. The transition to the dome is provided by pendants. The simple five-sided mihrab is complemented by an arch. There is a prayer window with a fountain on the wall of the treasury, which is in ruins. The graves of Melek Ibrahim Pasha, the Governor of Budin, and Vizier-i Azam Merzifonlu Kara Mustafa Pasha are located in this treasury.
