Kasım Pasha Mosque and Kadi Cemetery

The mosque, which was built in the middle of a green area by the Tunca River, was built by Il. It was built by Kasım Pasha, one of the viziers of Murat II and Mehmet the Conqueror, on H. 883 / M. 1479. Wooden beams can be seen from the ruined parts of the mosque built with smooth cut stone. Two windows were opened in the upper and lower rows of the side and qibla facades. In addition, a window was opened in the centre of the facade on the tromp floor. Tromp corners are in the form of inclined triangular surfaces. The lower row windows are framed with mouldings, marble jambs and pointed arch pediments. The upper row windows have pointed arches and reveals. There is a sundial on the southwest wall of the mosque. There is a minaret in the north corner of the mosque. The lug narrowed by prismatic triangles on the square-sectioned pulpit and the polygonal body is transitioned to the polygonal body with a thick bracelet on it. The cheers, honeycomb and cone are in ruins. The last congregation place has not survived to the present day. It is thought to have two compartments from the remaining traces. In the centre of the facade there is a mihrab with muqarnas miter framed with mouldings.

A window was opened on both sides of the mihrab. The star inlays on the window pediments are remarkable. There is a harim door on the left side of the façade. The door protruding from the façade is surrounded by mouldings. The passage with marble jambs and coloured stone braided flat arches is enclosed in a niche with pointed arches and chamfered corners with columns. The transition from the square-planned harim to the dome is provided by trumpets. A muqarnas string at the lower level of the trumpets.
