Gazi Mihal Bridge / Hamidiye Bridge +
Gazi Mihal Bridge / Hamidiye Bridge

It was built on the Tunca River on the main road to Bulgaria, west of the city. It was built by Mikhael Palaiologos during the Byzantine Period. In 1402, during the Ottoman Period, Gazi Mihal Bey had it repaired as if it was rebuilt. There is the History Pavilion (Kitaba Pavilion) in the form of a pointed arch built by Kemankeş Kara Mustafa Pasha in 1640. The drainage arrangement on the body of the bridge for the disposal of leaking water is interesting. In 1900, it was rebuilt by Abdülhamit II by Italian masters.
