Fatma Sultan (Çamlık) Mezarlığı ve Secdegah Türbesi

Fatma Hanım Tomb is located in the cemetery called Çamlık Cemetery today. It is an open tomb with a rectangular plan. The sarcophagus in the open tomb belongs to a girl aged 12-13. The inscription is at the head end of the lid on the sarcophagus facing the road. The inscription reads Fatma, the deceased daughter of Mehmet Bey, the son of Sinan Aga, who was the Chief Architect of Hassa, Ankara mirliva (brigadier general). The tomb built in the name of Fatma Hanım in H.981 (1573-74) is one of the classical period Ottoman tombs in Edirne. Located on a pedestal, the tomb is covered with a gable roof. The tomb has two pointed arches on the long sides and one flattened arch on the short sides. There is a marble sarcophagus of Fatma Hanım inside the tomb. Namazgah is located at the corner of the cemetery.
