The entrance of the house, which was built in Baghdadi technique, is provided from the north façade with a door drawn into the building with four stone steps. This space was carried to the upper floor by two wooden columns on the lower floor. The balcony railings are made of iron and the entrance railings are made of wood. The balcony and the entrance are decorated with various wooden carvings. The part forming the attic floor is covered with frame wood.

The overhang formed on the part facing the east facade has a closed overhang carried by four wooden columns on a narrow, long gizzard climbed by four stone steps. On the lower floor, an anteroom was created by covering the space between these four columns with glass. On the ground floor, first floor and the stairwell connecting these two floors, there are various ornaments in the niches and on the ceilings, which are made of plaster on lath and mortar. There is a pool made of monolithic marble in the garden.
